Missed Calls
To see missed calls:  Next to My Account > My Clients click on View Details.   If the client is still logged on you can start chat session with him, if not you can email him.  You can offer free minutes to make up for the missed call.  After a missed call you have to change your setting on My Account back to "Taking Calls" in order to be eligible for calls.  Changing the availability for one account will also change the availability for all off your other accounts.

To avoid missing calls make sure you pick up the phone as soon as possible.  Change the setting on your phone to allow more rings before going to voicemail. 

Once it goes to voicemail you will miss the call the availability for all of your accounts will be set to "Not Taking Calls".  Missing calls lowers your search position.  If you are not available just set your profile to "Not Taking Calls".
